Terms of Use — Summary

Keepra ("the App") is provided by the Keepra team for personal productivity use. By using the App you agree to the following:

1. Acceptable Use. You may use Keepra for lawful personal or professional purposes only. You may not use the App to store, share or process illegal content.

2. Your Data. You own all data you create in Keepra. We do not sell, share or access your data. Encrypted sync data is stored in Firebase Firestore and can only be decrypted by you with your Secret Key.

3. No Warranty. The App is provided "as is" during the beta period. We are not liable for data loss. Always keep your own backups and store your Secret Key safely — if lost, encrypted data cannot be recovered.

4. Privacy. We collect no analytics, no tracking cookies and no personal data beyond what you choose to enter. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

5. Beta Period. Keepra is currently in public beta. Features may change, and paid plans will launch at a future date.
